Reseller terms

These terms apply on top of our general Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Resellers must apply and be approved by Easy Stats Bots before buying keys at wholesale prices.
You must be 18 or older, or have the legal right to run a business where you live.
We may decline or end any application or reseller account at our discretion.

Wholesale prices are in USD and are the official retail price minus your tier discount.
Your tier is based on the number of keys you sell in a calendar month. It is recalculated automatically and resets each month.
We may change tier discounts or prices. Changes apply to future purchases only, and we will announce them in advance.

Keys are paid for in advance from your reseller wallet. Top up with Wise, Western Union, crypto, Binance or gift cards, and send us proof of payment.
Fees charged by your payment provider are paid by you.
Wallet funds are used only for buying keys and are not paid out as cash, except where a refund under these terms applies.
A key already generated and delivered to a customer is considered sold.

Each key is generated in your dashboard and is licensed to one end customer for the bot and plan you chose.
You are responsible for delivering the key and the setup guide to your customer.
Keys must not be shared, resold again, split between several customers or published publicly.

You choose the price you sell at. It must not be lower than the official retail price shown on easystatsbots.com, so that all sellers and the official store stay fair.
You may not advertise a discount from our retail price, run your own sales below retail, or give keys away free without written approval.

You are the first point of contact for your customers. Help them with installation, using the setup guide and tutorials.
For bugs and technical problems you cannot solve, pass the details to us through Discord or WhatsApp and we will help directly.
Customers who buy through you are supported by us as official customers once you escalate.

Our Bug-Free Guarantee applies to reseller sales. If a bug cannot be resolved by support, the key's wholesale cost is credited back to your wallet and you refund your customer.
Refunds are not given for user mistakes, change of mind after activation, system incompatibility or third-party software, matching our public Refund Policy.
You handle refunds to your own customers. We refund you, not your customer.

Pretending to be Easy Stats Bots staff, or promising features, results or prices we have not published.
Spam, scams, fake reviews, or misleading advertising of any kind.
Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing our software, files or keys.
Chargebacks or payment disputes against payments you have made to us, without first contacting support.
Selling to buyers you know will use the bots to harm or defraud others.

You may say you are an authorized reseller of Easy Stats Bots and use our official banners and marketing kit.
You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you own the product or that your shop is the official store.

We may suspend or end a reseller account that breaks these terms. Keys already sold to genuine customers stay valid.
You may stop reselling at any time. Remaining wallet balance can be used to buy keys, or requested back at our discretion.
We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies to new purchases.
