Before you make any payment, you will get full access to the bot of your choice for 1 day. This trial period allows you to:

Test all features of the bot
Verify compatibility with your system (PC, Laptop, Mobile)
Confirm that the bot performs as expected

Important: We strongly recommend that all users test the bot first and fully explore its features before purchasing a subscription or lifetime plan.

Technical Issue Support

If you face any technical issues while using our bots (either during trial or after purchase), our team is here to help:

We provide full support through Discord
We will assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
If the issue is on our side and we cannot resolve it, we will consider refunds based on the situation

Note: We believe most issues can be resolved quickly with the right guidance, so always reach out to our support team before requesting a refund.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are NOT Given

Because we offer a free trial, refunds are not given unless specific conditions are met. We do not offer refunds for:

User mistakes (e.g., accidental purchases, ignoring the trial)
Misunderstanding features (all are explained during the trial)
"Change of mind" after activation
Failure to test the bot during the free trial period
System incompatibility that could have been discovered during trial

By purchasing our bot, you confirm that you have tested it during the trial period and are satisfied with its performance.

When Refunds MAY Be Considered

Refunds are only considered under these specific circumstances:

You've completed the trial period
You purchased the bot
A technical error occurred that we could not fix after providing support
The bot doesn't function as advertised despite all troubleshooting attempts
Service interruption that lasts more than 72 hours and is our responsibility

Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted through our Discord support channel with detailed explanation and evidence of the issue.

By purchasing our bot, you confirm that:

You have tested the bot and are satisfied with its performance
You understand the included features and limitations
You agree that refunds are not available unless a technical failure occurs that cannot be fixed
You have read and understood this refund policy
You agree to contact support before requesting any refund
